This rotation period three first-year students from the Microbiology Graduate Program, Bailey Bonet, Tyler Barnum, and Matt Knight, joined our lab, almost doubling its size! Bailey will be examining the specificity of gene targeting by CRISPR/Cas, Matt will be isolating broad spectrum phage from the environment, and Tyler will continue Amanda's project on bacterial co-cultures.
